OUR FOUNDER'S STORY

Every family has a moment that changes everything.

We've all been there. Searching for a birth certificate that should have been easy to find. I've spilled coffee on important paperwork. I've watched families scramble after storms, fires, and floods, trying to remember where everything was. I've seen years of memories tucked away in boxes, filing cabinets, computers, and drawers, only to become impossible to find when they were needed most. And yes, I've also experienced loss. What I realized is that these moments aren't rare—they're simply part of life. Some arrive with little inconvenience. Others change everything. But almost all of them leave us asking the same question: "Where is it?" That question stayed with me for years. I didn't want another filing cabinet, another folder, or another system that only organized paper. I wanted one place that could protect the documents, memories, information, and wishes that tell the story of a life—and make them easy to access whenever they're needed. That's why I created RIPVault. Whether you're welcoming a new child, buying your first home, preparing for retirement, caring for aging parents, recovering from a natural disaster, or helping loved ones after you're gone, organization isn't really about paperwork. It's about removing stress from moments that are already difficult enough. My hope has always been simple: that RIPVault gives families one less thing to worry about when life becomes unpredictable.

Because preparedness isn't about expecting the worst. It's about protecting what matters through every chapter of life.
